The cadwork software requires a licence. cadwork conception in free version does not require any licence and is available for free download.
Make sure before downloading that you will be able to use the software. If you have any questions, please contact us! cadwork is constantly evolving in order to provide you with an optimal use that is best suited to your needs.

Installation guide V29 :
Requirement for a successful installation is a current 64-bit operating system, version 29 cannot be installed on 32-bit system!
Supported are Windows® 8.1 (support end on 23.1.2023), Windows® 10 and Windows® 11. Please make sure that all recommended and optional updates of Windows are installed. If you haven’t done them for a while, it is advisable to run the Windows update repeatedly, as some updates are cumulative.
For cadwork, the graphics card has a crucial importance. Here, too, make sure that the graphics card driver is up to date. The update should absolutely be done via the download area of the graphics card manufacturer and not via the function “Update driver” in Windows.
The user profile_28 is copied during the installation and renamed to user profile_29. 3D files (init files) contained therein, as well as catalog files (*.3dc) such as the element construction details are automatically converted into the new database format of version 29.
Be sure to make a backup of your user profile before installation!
During the installation, please make sure that your customer number is correctly entered in the customer data.
Since version 29 is constantly being optimized, you should regularly download the latest version via the live update. We recommend that you update once a week. The message center informs you about every new build. Please refer to the documentation to activate the message center.

Conditions for a successful installation:
► Version 28 is NOT compatible with a 32-bit Windows system.
Make sure all Windows updates, important and / or optional, are installed.
If you have not done an update for some time, it is recommended to do it a first time, to restart your computer, then to redo an update check, because some appear only when others were done. This is why it is advisable to repeat the procedure until you no longer have an update.
For version 28, the graphics card has a crucial meaning. Also make sure the graphics card driver is up to date. The update must be done via the download area of the respective manufacturer and not via the Windows Device Manager -> Update Driver.
When installing cadwork, make sure your client number is registered in the client data.
The userprofil_27 is copied during the installation, renamed to userprofile_28 and all 3DC files are converted to the version 28 format. As always, be sure to create a backup of userprofil_27 before installation for security reasons.
Since the various modules are continually optimized, it is preferable to update regularly to obtain the latest version available.
