Each volume freely drawn in cadwork 3D is analyzed by a process recognition algorithm which will calculate the most suitable process on each piece. Of course, everything depends on the geometry and the position of the material to be removed. This process recognition grid is modifiable and customizable for each type of machine. Thus, the resulting machine file is fully adapted to the type and machine capabilities of the selected cutting center.
Beams are typical elements found in traditional framing or carpentry. They’re defined by three dimensions: width, height and length.
cadwork has been driving beam type machines for many years thanks to a total recognition of the modifications made on the rough part. The finished geometries are obtained by drawing in the 3D modeler (free creation). Then, a machine file adapted to each machine type is created.
